I'm having a very elegant, cathedral wedding. Do you think these are a proper choice?

What do you think of my wedding, bridesmaid, and flower girl dresses put together?
All beautiful, I especially love your gown...very elegant !



My only comment is that because it is a cathedral wedding, the bridesmaid gowns may be a little "skimpy" (at the top) for church. Maybe the ladies can wear a shawl or short jacket just for the ceremony.

Reply:The dresses are gorgeous, congratulations on your excellent choice! The only recommendation I have is, you might want to choose a different color for the bridesmaid dresses so that they don't all look like brides themselves.
Reply:I'm not sure your dress and the bridesmaid's dresses go all that well together. Your dress is pretty and romantic while theirs are sleek and more stark.



I'd go for something a little softer for the bridesmaids. Maybe one of these?

Reply:I like all the dresses, but I think having everyone the same color is not going to make you stand out like you are supposed to. You are the bride ans should not be lost in the crowd. I know, you are probably set on your colors, but if I had the chance I would change the BM dresses to be a different color than mine, even if it is one or two shades darker.

Reply:wedding dress makes an interesting choice, flower girl ones are good and the bridesmaid dresses need something over them to make for a classy wedding. but overall its perfect for an elegant cathedral wedding.

Bridesmaids dresses....I know personally I would not like to wear it...but it's your day, your choice! Make sure all your girls feel comfortable and confident in wearing strapless.



Flowergirl dress is cute...I'd have to see it in person though. It seems a bit too busy at the bottom...but that's just my opinion!

Reply:Everything looks great, the only thing that I would do is change the flower girl dresses around a bit but that's just me and I'm no pro on this trust me, I would instead of having the flower girls matching the bridesmaids id have them wear the dress in the same color as yours with a wrap around thingy in the color of the brides maids, that away they stand out more, then again that's just me so don't take my word for it, best of luck to you and hope you have a beautiful day.

Reply:Its a little too conservative for me but good for church . without the sleeve lace jacket I think it would be awesome at the reception and ur bridesmaids dresses r cute all of them.Ur color scheme is great Im using ivory ,champagne and gold at mine.congratulations!
