Need help with colors for my July wedding!!?

So I was pretty sure I was going to go with Rose Petal (a pink) from David's Bridal for my bridesmaid dresses, but now I am not going with DB, but Wtoo (Watters %26amp; Watters) dresses.

They have some really pretty hot pinks. But I am a huge fan of chocolates! I love brown, but for a July wedding, that seems too harsh? What are some pretty colors I could do? I do love pink and I might just do hot pink, if I did, what color flowers could go with that?

Would a champagne dress with a chocolate sash and orange flowers be appropriate? Or is that too winter-ish of a color?

NO NO NO!! If your fav. colors are chocolate and hot pink go for it! It is not to harsh for a July Wedding! Trust me, pink and chocolate are a HOT color for this summer, spring, winter, and fall! If thats what you want...than do it! Champagin chocolate with orange flowers would be really pretty! It doens't matter what the season... you only get married once.. so make it what you want it!
Reply:I like the hot pink, with maybe something like aqua for an accent color.

Or coral is a real hot color.

Just don't like the idea of brown for a summer wedding. Orange and champagne would be ok.

This Wtoo gown in Ivory/Sahara I think would work nicely for July. The brown isn't too dark and the colors would just make a hot pink or orange bouquet pop!
Reply:What about a champagne or very light brown dress with a hot pink sash???
Reply:I had a July wedding last year and I went with a dark red/maroon for the bridesmaid dresses and red and pink roses for all the flowers... the contrast really turned out nice. If you go with a brown color I would recommend spicing things up with come colorful pink flowers (brown and pink look really nice together). I wouldn't worry about having "winter" or "summer" colors... In the end it's going to be YOUR wedding so you should do what you like... These are the colors that will be captured in your wedding pictures for all eternity!
Reply:champagne would go well with the beautiful summer weather if you are talking about your own dress.

why don't you go for a medium pink and orange mix for the bridesmaids. that way it's not just one color and they aren't to soft or bold. good colors to work with are yellow, red, orange, and gold. dark colors are for autumn and pale are more for spring.
Reply:i would go with the champagne colored dress with orange flowers- that would even be beautiful in July.
Reply:any dark color for a summer wedding is not appropriate only because it's a winter color. i would go with a blue there are so many different shades. there is one that's called pool it's so pretty you could even use the brown in a sash with the pool dress that little hint of brown is appropriate. you could even use a yellow or a light orange or a light pink with the brown sash no yellow or light orange with the brown sash though (uugghh) any of these would be good but in the end go with your instincts and what you like best
